Kiki Privacy Notice

Kinetic Finance Pty Ltd uses Kiki, a text-based enquiry assistant, to collect the answers you choose to provide, your contact details, loan goal, timing, location and concerns before a broker contacts you. Please do not enter identity document numbers, bank account details, passwords or tax file numbers in this chat.

How information is used

Information is used to prepare an enquiry summary for our team and follow up on your request. Kiki does not provide credit advice, lender recommendations or approval promises. A request for a credit report is an expression of interest only; a broker must obtain separate authorisation before arranging that report.

Consent and contact

Before starting Kiki, we ask you to agree to saving your text answers and being contacted about this enquiry, then enter your first name, last name, email and phone number. These details stay in the current page until you request email verification or submit your enquiry. A lead is saved only when you complete verification and submit. You can skip the property address; a full address is needed later for a specific property report or valuation. You can contact our team directly instead of using Kiki. This is not consent to unrelated marketing or the sale of your details to other brokers.

Service providers

Our website and enquiry workflow use hosting, database and email service providers, including Vercel, Supabase and Brevo. They may process information outside Australia. Automated summarisation may use an external AI provider if enabled. Google Calendar handles details you submit through its separate booking page. Contact us for information about the providers and processing locations relevant to your enquiry.

Access, correction and privacy concerns

Contact enquiries@kineticfin.com.au or call 1300 378 698 to request access to or correction of your information, ask about deletion, or raise a privacy complaint. We may need to verify your identity. Deletion may be limited by applicable record-keeping obligations. This notice describes the Kiki enquiry workflow; ask our team for the privacy information and credit disclosures applicable to any subsequent credit assistance.
